Use Mustard to help speed up your metabolism!

With each meal add half a teaspoon of english mustard to help speed up your metabolism.
It acts fast and keeps working for upto three hours to burn off excess fat and calories.

    Sounds like an easy thing to do. Is English mustard a dry spice or a prepared mustard? Thanks!

      Hi Liz,

      I use a prepared English mustard, it is a very hot mustard but if you spread it thin it is very tasty.
